The 70th Session of the International Maritime Organization's Marine Environment Protection Committee approves the revision of Section II of the Manual on Oil Pollution - Contingency Planning.  Paul Lattanzi served as the editor and a contributor of this revision and he thanks the 13 countries, NGOs and industry members who made contributed to this international manual.
